What happens after I place my order?
After you place your order on the website, you will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS, depending on the contact information you provided in the payment process. If you have not received the order confirmation, we have not received your order. In this case, please contact our team at hello@aveandyou.com.
In the next step your order will be shipped by our team. As soon as the package has been handed over to our shipping partner, we will send you a shipping confirmation including the shipment tracking. With this you can track your package at any time.
Are there any customs fees?
For orders outside the European Union, customs fees may apply depending on the destination country. We will automatically calculate the customs fees for you in the checkout.

How long does the delivery take?
For shipments within the European Union, delivery is usually between 2-4 business days. For shipments outside the EU, there may be higher delivery times due to import and customs clearance.
Modification of your order
Please contact hello@aveandyou.com with your order number to see if it is still possible to modify your order.
How long will it take for my return to be refunded?
Depending on the current shipping volume, the refund of your return can take up to 14 business days after we have received it. Once we have refunded your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
How do I return an item?
Write to our team at hello@aveandyou.com. Should you wish to return your team under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, our team will provide you with a return label. It is sufficient if you send the products back to us well packed. The shipping label will allow us to track your order, so no additional documents are required for the return.
How long does the delivery take?
Depending on the country, deliver working days from the production of your creams to delivery. However, it can happen that your formulation contains a raw material which has a longer delivery time due to low availability, which can extend the delivery time.
Which shipping service providers do you work with?
For shipments within Germany, we ship with DHL Paket. For international shipments including the EU, we mainly ship with DHL Express and in some cases UPS.
